KeyKegs can dispense their product using compressed air instead of carbon dioxide. That results in an instant saving on CO2 and cylinder deposit. Near Montpellier, France, one beverage distributor really understood the advantages. In three just months, he convinced twelve new customers to have their wines, beers and soft drinks supplied in KeyKegs. What's more, all twelve were using air to dispense product from their KeyKegs. Smaller French restaurants are now offering an average of twice as much beer and wine brands on tap. They are no longer worried about having to throw away unused beer or wine.
