Eem blond. Belgian style. Abv 6,2%. Refermantation on bottle and kegs.
Eem bokbier. Seasonal dark beer. Abv. 6,5%. Traditional style with the use of roasted malts.
Available from October until the end of stock.
Eem donker. Abv. 7,0%. Dark brown beer with refermentation on bottle and kegs. The taste lies between an abbey and a porter. No additives.
Occassionally beers, such as Xtreem rosebud and xtreem chinook. Abv between 6,0 and 7,5%. All the IPA's are made with American hops, such as Centennial, Chinook and Warrior. EBU 60.
Eem winter. Abv. 7,2%. Ruby red beer with refermantation on bottle and kegs. Available in the winter period.
All the Eem beers are traditionally made from only water, malts, hops and yeast without the use of additives. The Eem beers have a dry character and are hoppy (EBU between 35 and 60).
