Company description: Private Brewery using local ingredients, planted by farmers of the region. 600 year old tradition Special Beeer like organcic beer, rye beer, hemp beer. The Schrems Brewery was first mentioned in a document dating back to 1410. After centuries of eventful history it was purchased by Jakob Trojan in 1838 and has remained a family-run business ever since. Our family lives for beer - and has done for 5 generations! "Hops and malt, may God preserve them" is a German saying that also still holds true in Schrems in the 21st century.
